What are you nibbling right now? Or what was the last thing you nibbled? I have a punnet of cherries here, from the USA! They are lush!!

I eat lunch in front of the computer every day...it is my time away from the kids (hubby eats at the table with them and talks to them at that time and it's his time with them). Lately most meals I eat in front of the computer actually cause it's the only chair in the whole house that I can actually sit in and eat and breathe at the same time....that will end very soon though and I should be able to sit at the table again without my belly being in the way. Hubby and I just ate dinner in here too cause we were discussing the list of stuff we have to get done in the next two weeks.

Yup, I'm a computer nibbler. I have a laptop with a trackpad so I try to avoid things that will get my fingers too icky. Tonight DH and I were eating dinner in the computer room (orzo salad) while playing Civilization. I have to be really careful because I can eat a ton of food at the computer without even noticing it disappearing. I know of someone who "tricks" herself into eating veggies that way.

I'm really only on the computer in the mornings now, so I always have a cup of tea with me and my breakfast. But I'm an in front of the tv nibbler...oh my goodness the amount of food I can eat when I'm not paying attention!

generally speaking I am not a snacker....even in front of the computer or tv. I eat meals there (now mostly cause I can breathe again but mostly we eat at the table)...and we have snack time twice a day (mid afternoon and before the kids go to bed). We keep afternoon snacks to veggies or cheese and crackers or something like that....hubby is in charge of night time snack decisions, but usually that's pretty healthy too. About once a week or so (usually family night) we have e not so healthy snack. Mostly though I am not a snacker...in fact I am the opposite (when not pregnant) and forget to eat often enough until my blood sugar is so low that I am going insane. I am one of those weird people that can have a half eaten candy bar laying around for weeks before I finish it off....or other snacks, etc. I only eat a little bit of them then put it down....I literally CAN eat just one potato chip if that's all I want....lol. I hear women talk all the time about not having the will power to put snacks down, but I don't have that problem.

I eat all the time in front of the computer. I also do have some pretty good will power eating. I can eat one cookie and that's it. Some people get on me at work for it (we have some older ladies that like to bake and give us food) so I usually end up taking the food. I could bring in six dozen cookies to work and they'd all be gone in a day. LOL

Drat, crumbs on the computer desk again. Hmm, where shall I put my coffee? It doesn't help that I have a trackball and a huge touch tablet on the desk, too.

I don't eat at the computer. If I drink, it'll probably be water (in a bottle). As for the cherries. My favourite are picota cherries, but I am trying to buy as much that is grown in the UK as possible.

I've never seen any British grown cherries in the shops. These were Bing cherries, and they looked so plump and luscious that I had to buy them! They really were so yummy! They're low GI too, which is even better!

I will snack and eat something around the computer but I limit myself... I dont want my keyboard or mouse getting dirty or sticky.... and after a drink spilled on chan's Laptop we thought it was fried for sure but he was really really lucky that it works, and not to mention not long ago I was eating a bowl of strawberrys and milk and got milk on my keyboard... Which took me awhile to clean.

I typically eat breakfast in front of the computer. It is something that Justin and I have done since we've been together. Before marriage it was our time to talk to each other online before going on with our days...we just happened to continue the email/forum reading in the early AM after we were married. Typically that is all I will eat in front of the computer. If I am on my mom's desktop (in our kitchen) however, I do nibble, a lot...on anything...cookies, apples, carrots, lunch cakes...so I try to grab my laptop and hide in the living room or rec room as much as possible.

Hmm ... I nibble once in a while by the comp, but I'm usually so engrossed in the forums that I forget the food is there!!! (Manda ... I'm having a funky preggy craving ... I might have to get you to send me a carton of Quavers!)

I haven't eaten in front of the computer for quite a while, but I used to eat either chocolate or cookies in front of the computer.

I only nibble in front of the computer at work usually...and that's simply because if I didn't I wouldn't eat breakfast or lunch...lol. Though more often than not I don't have anything there to eat anyway (except for those evil Otis Spunkmeyer cookies we have to bake every morning) I don't really do it at home much...probably because there really isn't a 'comfortable' way to do so. Where I sit with my laptop (on one end of the couch) the only place to set a plate/bowl/etc. is on the end table on my left and being right handed it's awkward to eat that way...so I usually just forego the computer while I eat.
