Yes. Most of the time every surface is wet or covered in fingerprints. I will refrain from describing the condition in which I usually find the toilets. Let's just say they would be a forensic gold mine.

Within my eighteen years of existence, I have refrained the assistant of a public toilet.

I've seen blistering sores that was more appealing.

I try to not use them if it is possible, but this is not always doable (especially at the airport on a long trip). But never know who's been there...with what disease, lol. No, I am not paranoid, but that is what I think of whenever I use the facilities.

Ha! When I gotta go, I gotta GO!!!!!

One thing I can't stand is a full bladder! I don't care if I have to hide behind a tree!

Obviously when you gotta go, you gotta go. I've used them, sure. Most of the time it's in a restaurant or something, so it's not totally dirty. Seat covers (1 or more! ) are a must.
There have been times however that I have taken one look, or one smell, and opted NOT to use it...
