Lord, I thank You for funny Bullseye, our six-year old JackChi, and I pray that You would keep him safe. (He's silly to have overzealously run off after something through the fence tonight...and probably realized only later he didn't know his whereabouts.) He's loaded with tags and a microchip, so I pray that someone will find him -- that he'll let himself be caught -- and that they will call us. I do so pray he'll let himself be caught and by a safe person. Please return him home to us soon, and in the meantime help my huband, children, and me to trust You all the time no matter what. I thank You that You care about Bullseye. In Jesus' Holy Name, Amen...

Dear God, I pray Bullseye think about his loving 'pack' back home tonight, and the food dish and bowl of clean water that never runs out. Please keep him safe near the neighborhood, that he can be spotted and matched to the many signs out for helping him get home. May his name, spoken by strangers, be trusted and recognition of it given so a sighting can be reported, and may cars be aware there's one confused dog running around. In Jesus' name another dog owner prays, Amen

Thanks for your prayers, Brothers and Sisters... We're posting signs all over and emails to all the local shelters and veterinarians. God is good all the time no matter what and gives us a good family like you.

Lord, I come before you as a sinner. I humbly pray that you return this dog to his March7's family, safe and sound, so that they might all be reunited, and might praise you for the safe return. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amen.

Praise to the Lord, the Almighty, the King of creation!!!! God is so good! We'd been so sad, but now we're very thankful and glad. Bullseye's home!! Thanks very much for your prayers and your concern and everything, everyone. We'd gotten home from church on Wednesday to find he'd left the yard, and we'd gotten home from church today (Sunday) to have a phone message saying he was found. He was about a mile away and surprised a family this morning when he got in their house through their dog-door. The woman said he seemed happy and frantic at the same time, hoping to find his family (she suspected). He still had his tags and stuff (yes!). She had to leave a message, as we were at church, so she called the veterinary clinic noted on his rabies tag. Later, she took him there (where we got him this afternoon). She said she had to take him to the vet clinic, because she had to go somewhere, and as she prepared to leave he became very frightened and didn't want to be left alone...started clinging to her in some way. So, he's home! He's very happy in an exhausted, subdued way, and he's also dehydrated (as it was over 100 while he was out and about)...pretty skinny, too. We're feeding him back up slowly so he doesn't get sick. He's had a bath, too, as he was very smelly...had rolled in icky things, I guess. So, he's home!! Thanks so very much for praying for him and also asking after him. You were each very encouraging to me.
