Not sure what to pray for - 6/13/2008 1:44:28 PM

I'm not sure how to ask this. Because what I want to pray for, I doubt god will answer, and what it seems I should pray for will hurt too much.
Years ago, some people hurt me very badly. I experienced a lot of rejection and prejudice from these people, and as a result, it cost me a relationship with someone who I was very close to.
Now, something has resurfaced. I'm very confused, and hurting in a way that I haven't for several years. I don't understand why I feel the things I do, and why this person has come back into my life. I spoke to a Christian counciler about it. We prayed, and I felt I heard God tell me that I was going to be able to help this person, again when they needed me the most.
I don't know what to believe.
And that's all I can say.

Father,
Thank you that we can be assured that you know what is best and that we can come boldly before your throne of grace. Thank you for understanding. Please move on behalf of TorchHeart. Make the way clear. Cause the best to happen. We praise you and ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Father, asking that You would take away this hurt as TorchHeart looks to You for help with this. Help TorchHeart to forgive those that hurt him/her, if he/she hasn't already, and to turn the pain and hurt over to You. You know what is needed and best here Father, and I just ask Your will in it. Give TorchHeart Your peace as he/she moves forward in You. In Jesus name. Amen

Lord i lift up torchHeart to you.
I pray Lord you will give her clarity in this situation.
I pray Lord that any unresolved thing that is causing pain or confusion will be healed.
Lord draw TorchHeart near to you and help her to let go of these things.
I pray Lord You will guide and direct her path and give her assurance that you are with her.
Help her Lord as she goes forward in your truth and love.
I pray she will overcome these trials with your help Lord.
Bless her Lord with peace
