Do you have a bottle? Can you post the ingredients? It has to be sweetened with something. I'm just curious what that is.

Yeah, me, too. Can't find the nutritional information anywhere, which makes me suspicious.

I'd also be suspicious till I saw the ingredients and the nutritional info - esp. what sweeteners are used. It's supposedly got stuff like acai or other fruits in it depending which one you select, so unless they use fruit flavorings, seems like there ought to be a few calories. Personally, I'd rather have those calories than an artificial sweetener. But based on what litle info IS available on their site, something just doesn't quite make sense.

I would be suspicious myself. It doesn't post ingredients and you never know how many calories it can have! There is this brand of water called Vitamin Water which claims to be good for you but it has 125 calories. I drink Propel and it has only 10, and Propel has a good reputation, since it is produced by the Gatorade Comapny. I would be leery if I were you.

And another thing, the only store they sell it at is Target, that is another red flag! How trustworthy do you think Target is for high quality food?

Actually, Target does carry a good selection of good quality organics and such . . . .

Like others, I'm suspicious of the chemical sweeteners that might be added to this drink. I also looked for nutritional info on the website and couldn't find any.

Me too. I avoid anything like that and just drink plain water--maybe with lemon or something if I want it flavored.

It's main ingredient is Super Citrimax (appetite supressant and fat inhibitor) which one can purchase separately. Though each type of Skinny Water has some addition ingredients, which one could also buy. I'd say in the end, you just end up paying a little more for the convenience.

But it's still not Skinny Water that's going to result in weight loss, it's going to be require a change\adjustment in lifestyle (diet\eating and exercise\activity) along with it.

Sorry. I wouldn't waste my money----especially from a company whose major business is alcohol!!

I don't care how effective the product is. I believe my principals as a Christian are more important than to patronize a company that sells alcohol.

The SKINNIEST water is one you don't have to pay for and which doesn't come in a rainbow of overpriced colors.

(I've lost 100 pounds on ..... gasp! .... tap water (and eating healthy+exercise.)

Skinny Water made by Skinny Nutritional Corp, whose main business is fitness and weight loss products.

Are you referring to the fact that they use some Anheuser-Bush distributors?

Congratulations Harvie!!! I am trying to learn to drink more water, skinny or otherwise. I just never liked the taste, sounds weird I guess. My doctor told me I needed more water, tho. I just like mine flavored with tea and sugar, LOL.

The fitness and weight loss business, IMO, can be way more immoral than Anheiser Busch! Just because they talk a good game re: fitness and health doesn't mean they really know (or care) what they're talking about or what they're actually pawning off on people.

But flavored water isn't a bad way to get water. I drink a gallon+/day and I do flavor it. I have to, really. You do have to be careful and Vitamin water is a good example - way full of calories nad carbs. Propels are good along with a few others. I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners either. But I use 1 packet of Propel or Crystal Light (which is designed to flavor 16 oz of water) and split it between two bottles which is 2 Liters (closer to 70 oz). That's just enough flavor to get it down.

Yes, Harvie, you are absolutely right....and CONGRATULATONS on reaching the monumental 100 pound point using...what?, it can't be...COMMON SENSE!!!

Just goes to show in today's society you can put the word "Skinny" in front of any product name and people will lose their minds and shell out unreasonable amounts of money for something they can get for nothing!

True, "can" be. But the same can be said for some "Christian" businesses and even some churches. So it becomes a discussion of semantics.
