Doctored up hamburger helper, but it was gross. Everyone else loved it though...go figure.

Peppers, onions, black beans, and corn. It was cheesy hamburger melt kind. I've done the same thing before and it was good, so who knows...it just was gross to me tonight.

Lol! DH would gag at the sight of an Avocado, but he LOVES chicken enchiladas.
