My daughter got home from her band trip, and the first thing she said was, "I'm hungry!" I asked her what she wanted, and she said, "Sloppy Joes." So that's what we had! And strawberry rhubarb pie.

I have roast and potatoes in the crockpot. However, hubby's working late (so he will have already eaten his supper by the time he gets home) and I'm meeting a friend for Mexican tonight. Sooooooo, our "supper" in the crockpot will be packed into lunches for us for the next few days.

I made a french toast casserole this morning for tonights supper. It had to be in the fridge for a while .. so supper just needs baked

I wish I had some sausage to cook up for a side...
