Well, the last post made here was when I hit 11,000. No one has had a milestone worth mentioning during all this time. Had to go to page 8 to find the thread.
This will be my 12,000th post. 5-2-08.

Sometime in the past couple of hours I passed the 14,000 post mark.
But then a couple hours later I lost about 300 posts.

I gave blood Friday, then called today to find out how much I have given. I hit the 10 gallon mark on Friday.

Today I went to Subway with my wife and a small child she baby sits. While the clerk was preparing our sandwiches she looked up and saw that I was carrying the child. She smiled and said "Oh! Is she your grand child?"
My oldest child is 14.
This is the first time I've ever been mistaken for a grand parent. I think that is a milestone. A milestone on my descent to the grave. :)
