The cereal and milk left in the bowl from my youngests before bed snack last night - yummy - no need to dirty another bowl or spoon. Also, there is no food prep.

Just had Sausage egg mcmuffin at mcdonalds after i completed my physical Navy test. That was my "cheat" of the week. Back to water and protein /sigh.

Everyone - go see Konstantinos for your next meal. We may need to scrape a plate or 2, but he has the best meal plan I've seen yet.

Will you serve up some pastitio too? Baklave for desert? Skip the dolmades.

my meal plan consists of eating everything in sight. i reached 235.4 lbs. *giddy*

but

ive no idea how to make such complicated foods hahaha. the most complicated thing ive made is teryaki chicken. and im probably gonna try and make bread tonight. maybe. depends on lacey.

I like my meals nice and easy.

Step 1. Open Fridge
Step 2. Reach for a bag of lunch meat
Step 3. Open Lunch Meat bag
Step 4. Reach in lunch meat bag
Step 5. Enjoy. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is served!
