What an odd thing to say in reply to my post. First of all my son doesn't own any needles of any kind. He has never expressed an interest in getting a tattoo or piercing of any kind - ever in his life!!!!!

I am busy raising my own children. I have no need to worry or wonder what "other" parents are doing to help their children get pierced.

So I guess for you 13 is the 'threshold' age for earrings for boys, and 18 for tattoos for both girls and boys. I guess entering teens has a certain logic to it, right?
