Donna, someone must have called in sick so am working reservations alone tonight and yes, am having to stay until at least ten pm.
Glad you got to visit your mom today.
Birthday party went well. Had a lot of visits from posters for Sony. I think she has enjoyed her week.

I just got back after an interesting trip to Kerr's favorite store. I am sorry, but I thought customer service managers were supposed to assist the customer, not argue with them. No, this didn't happen to me, but a customer in front of me. But still...
