How about Glen as a cop and George as a biker or the other way around!

I just googled Tim's name to see what is being said out there. I have to sound off. I read one persons comment about Scott Fowler being some sort of business man to have talked now two employees to stay after they said they are leaving. This is ridiculous and I just had to say so! These guys are family. You realize this after only a short time knowing them. They are some of the finest Christian men in the industry, and the ministry comes first. First off, Frank was having flight problems, this problem was solved and PTL he was able to stay. I resent the tone that I read several times making it sound like they are flip flopping. OK, I will step down from my soap box, just had to get it off my chest! I am just glad Tim is staying, and hope he will for a long time to come!

Brian, you are likely to find any half-baked opinion out there. We know they are good guys and that's all that matters. And I'm glad Tim stayed! And Frank too!

Brian, the people who are saying these things in all likelihood have never even met the guys so their opinion means less than nothing. We know the guys so we know the truth and what they are like. And the guys know we stand behind them all the way.

I don't doubt the guys are like family, but I don't see an issue with Scott Fowler being a great business man. He must be a great employer because look at the tenure of the members. If I was on the road singing Southern Gospel music, Scott Fowler would be someone I'd work for.

I have to agree. I'm sure family played a part but as a manager if it were someone I wanted to stay my first comment if they decided to leave would be 'what would it take to make you want to stay?'
There is nothing wrong with that. Now if they don't like where they are, nothing I said or did would get them to stay - the same would be true of LF.

Any time that someone we love or respect is criticized, it's understandable to get upset. Just be upset for a minute, then forget it!

I agree and I've never heard L5 live since they are never in my area. I say that so you won't think I have something against this group. I just think looking from the outside in that they could have worked on their timing better. To announce something as big as someone resigning from a major group and then each making statements about it, then 2-3 days later saying "Oh, I've changed my mind" looks a little like flipflopping to me. I think they could have discussed this further before even making the announcement if Tim wasn't 100% for leaving the group.

Now, this is the first comment I've made about this anywhere so please don't come looking for me!!! LOL

I'm sure there were discussions but at times things change without our previous knowledge that can impact the decisions we make. If those happen, you then have two choices, you stick with the original because you have made a public announcement or you take the questions it raises to retract the announcement to keep a key player in place.

(oh and I'm not looking for you!)
