Chocolate.

you need more shoulder flexibility

try this

http://www.crossfiteastside.com/2007/05/dowel-dislocates.html

do them with the broomstick, start slowly then faster.

and use a narrower grip every week.

as for chocolate

i suggest this

whats the big deal? ive lost three pounds and ive been eating like crazy. chocolate too! if you dont eat it, you'll eventually go nuts and pig out on all the chocolate you can find, then you'll gain like a million pounds.
besides they are just pictures. imagine how it is for me, actually having the chocolate cake at my fingertips whenever i want it.

Simply because you have an active metabolism prohibiting you from much weight gain doesn't mean the same is true for them.

I can't eat over five pieces of pizza without gaining. Steph can eat over ten and still be underweight. It's different for everyone.

And chocolate is seriously overrated. It's no different than a drug, in a sense. It's "happy" food to make you feel better, but the effects it has on your body won't make you happy. Thus, you eat more chocolate for the "happy" emotion, and the same process repeats. Leaving you in a worse physical state.

Drink water. Seriously. It's good for metabolism and keeping fatty cells from hardening, thereby making it easier to lose.

Yeah. My brother says that he drinks cold water because if you drink warm water, your body isn't really working on the water. Shoot, Idk. I'm too lazy to get up and ask him why it's better to drink cold water than warm water.

But he lost 20 pounds this summer.
He exercises, only drinks water, watches what he eats.
I'm kinda jealous.

Woot! That's been me for the last... *counts on fingers*... four days!

My chemistry teacher said it's best to drink cold water. Something about it using up energy to make the water the same as your body temperature. But I dunno. I can't drink it warm anyways.

you guys have no idea how metabolism works. and you are all teenagers. you can boost it or try starving yourself for a week and it will go as low as it can.

body works in the best way to survive, not to look good.

and i highly doubt steph eats 10 slices of pizza every day.

as for cold water its the same with anything cold. you might as well not wear more than a tshirt during winter, and eat everything cold too. that burns calories too.
