Per the OP, he's 5-feet-7 and 267 pounds. From the sound of it, that's his weight now, not 5 years ago.

and another problem is that due to his ridiculous appeal, at least eight other inmates, also who committed equal or possible more horrendous murders, also now have stays of execution alleging the death penalty is too cruel for them as well. One was a false prophet who murdered an entire family in front of a pit he dug because the family wished to follow the Bible and not his newly formed cult.
