Hello everyone!

Thank you so much for the prayers. My drive was long but very safe.

The funeral and family stuff was very very very sad and bad and I just can't put it into words. I'm still processing it all.

I only slept four hours while on the trip, so I am looking forward to a solid night's sleep tonight.

That is wonderful and I really appreciate it.

I have saved it to use as my avatar when I get back.

What really gets me is how weird she looks and yet she is still reconizable!!!

Janis
Like I've never heard THAT before.

Lynn, I changed my avatar (but you probably already figured that out).

I don't think she knows yet that you have changed your avatar because I just got off the phone from talking to her. She sounds better but not well. We started talking with just a few minutes left in the football game & talked untill half-way through the hockey game. {Do not call me Mrs Talks-alot}

Yep...that's your title now because my new one is "Mrs. Hacks-a-lot"....I hadn't coughed all day until Ruth called!!! Then I couldn't talk without coughing up a lung!!

Thank you all so much for the prayers! I had an excellent sleep last night. We are staying home today as a family and plan to enjoy home church here in a bit.

I sure hope Mr. Kerrlaw brings back great souvenirs for us!

I pray they have safe travels and enjoy their time together immensely.

Some Salt Water Taffy would be great...it has to be in the Made in Myrtle Beach box though or it isn't authentic MB taffy!!! It can be found in any junk souvenir shop on the Grand Strand!

Oh very good. I was going to add "be good" to it for the same purpose.

But then I remembered who I was talking to.

Yours at least can be true.

Kerr must have put in a weather request for his week at the beach...we're suppose to be in the mid 80s and pushing 90 degrees by the end of the week.

Kerr must be out on the beach enjoying the nice weather & then going to eat all the sea food he can at night. I hope he gets to enjoy a show or two while there.

Hi Friends of The Great Master Kerrlaw!

(have to butter him up while he is gone )

When I sat at my computer today, I was greeted by this affectionate love note from my dear hubby:

Dear Mom,

We trashed the kitchen stove;
It’s awash in burnt food.
I’ll clean it up at lunch
I promise – if I’m in the mood.
