This post is about what % of our time do we give to God each new day and if this is quality time or not?
You may want to consider the following:
What % of your time do we give to any of the following:
- Prayer
- Bible study
- Praise and worship
- TV or other recreational pass time, e.g. online or whatever appeals to you...
After ticking whichever box/es apply to you (you can tick as many as are relevent), please consider 'Who' or what has the most influence over our lives? Also, are you satisfied with this?
Edited to add: P.S. This is not to suggest that TV or any other recreational pass time, e.g. online or excercise is wrong. Far from it. Just to get us to consider what has the over-riding influence in our lives and whether or not we can benefit from change.

Why would you even want to know that? Personally I pray unceasingly --all day long. Never really keep a tally or what I do and don't do as that really smacks of the "letter of the law".
As for as spending too much time on an activity -- probably too much computer time but much of it actually on Christian subject matters.

What % of your time do we give to any of the following:
Shouldn't pray-ing or for that matter, Bible study, praise and worship, is in an attitude of prayer? I can switch gears from an attitude in any in a heartbeat but I'm not a pray-er necessarily. % wise? That's a tough one to portion out. They seem to meld into my service and various obediences not categories. Even in my distractions, TV, reading, online activities, tutoring, etc. seem to have the roots my study and obedience opportunities.
Roughly off the cuff, I estimate a third praying in some manner either directly, in supplication or release, a quarter in 'study' either reading or research, half(or more)in praise/worship throughout my day and another quarter in other 'distractions' with lot o' overlap in all.

10 min. the maximum time for prayer; I can't even effectively say "Good Morning Lord" in 10 minutes.
