Does anyone know of a few good forums to go to re: teaching high school biology? Thanks.

sorry No ideas here. My eldest just barely passed his honors biology class this past term! How does one maintain a C-/D+ average the entire term and then manage an A- on the final? Blessings, Garsy

I have had kids that made good grades and then froze when it came to taking tests. The best thing I have seen for biology is Red Wagon TutorialsIt's a teaching site for homeschoolers.

Have you thought about going somewhere online where biologists congregate? I have an lj and I basically just have it so I can go to the communities and get advice, or give it (I'll actually use my lj ever so often though). I know I'm part of a biology community, although it seems like most of the posts are about new research, they've welcomed my questions in the past. I'm almost 100% sure that some of them are teachers, but they might be teaching on a college level.
