For the last two days I can't get the chat room to load? It will attempt to load the room but never get to the point where I can sign in? Any ideas?

Sometimes, the timer will pop up but won't go to full term. It won't allow me to put in the password. Nor get access to the chatroom. Please help me. signsnwonders2003@netzero.com

I recently changed anti-virus software. My anti-virus will not let me load chat. I can go to the site, and it says it's connecting, but it won't load. I have to disable my anti-virus, load chat, and then I can turn it on again. It doesn't kick me out or anything. That may be something to look into .. or your security settings on your browswer.

Avast is an anti-virus that is really bad about this.

Yup, that's the one. Easy to circumvent, though.

I used to have the same problem with McAfee, usually when trying to go to my ISP's live tech support. I've not tried chat here yet, but fortunately, I no longer have McAfee.

I have had Avast for years. This "not loading" problem is a recent development. Avast is not the problem. The website is too complicated now -- that is the problem....
