Doinkdom: Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham he was the only thing watchable in that flick. He was also the original "bad guy" in the Die Hard series. Oh! I see someone else caught that too. BelleWeather! EXCELLENT list! I'm not sure "favorite" is applicable.. but the Tim Roth character in Rob Roy was truly one of the most seriously evil "bad guys" ever.

Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham He was the first one I thought of when I read the title of this thread. "I'll cut your heart out with a spoon... Because it hurts more." quote:
Ursula - Little Mermaid The second one I thought of. quote:
The Joker in both Batman movies- Jack Nicholson (wow, he was really scary and creepy) & Heath Ledger (never knew what he was going to do next, kinda the surprise kinda of scary). Completely agree. Ralph Fiennes in "Schindler's List". Terrifyingly evil -- made all the more terrifying because the character was not fictional. Samuel L. Jackson as The Glass Man in "Unbreakable". Jon Lovitz as Emperor Tod Spengo in "Mom and Dad Save the World." He is the only reason to ever watch that movie.

The Clones- Star Wars Prequel Trilogy. Yes, they movies were bad, yes, the acting was abyssmal, but more than Palapatine, more than Vader, it was the simple willingness to turn on the Jedi on command that got me. Seeing the Jedi, the balance of scholar and warrior, shot down by thousands of facess, semi-mindless clones that had been their closest allies moments before... that was sad Vader still makes the list. He's scary and ruthless and mysterious Those Pig-Hedghog monster things from The Village. all i got for now

Of course the killer rabbit counts! So do the Black Knight, the Knights Who Say "Ni!", the bridge keeper, and the prophet (Tim?).

Patrick Bateman-American Psycho Christian Bale's character. He was so convincing as a manic, hallucinatory dark person that you just love to hate.
