Well, my younger sister isn't talking about it. My trust in my older sister that we had been working to rebuild is completely shattered. My parents are struggling with taking it all in. My cousin calmed down enough to realize he needs to continue to live with us. I've been out of the house for the most part since Saturday. I'm in the middle of a Government Audit at work and have put in quite a bit of overtime in order to get us ready. So all in all not quite as bad as I expected but I have a feeling I'm missing most of it because I'm at work so much right now.

I work in an office with me and one other woman. There is another office that works with us with three women. As of right now there are two people between the two offices working. One woman had to leave the state because her mother died. Another woman had a car accident and is stuck out of town, and of course the woman in my office recently had a baby.
Pray that the one remaining woman in the other office and I are able to not only get the work done effiecently, but that nothing happens to either of us this week. That's an added stress that the bosses don't need.

Lifting your requests up S4L and Tink.
I would like to request prayer concerning my job. I don't know if any of you remember how often I use to come in here a basket case from my job and wanting out of it so badly. The changes that have been taking place since the new company bought us have been gradual and I've noticed how much those changes have lifted so much stress. There's still stress but it's different now. I don't really know how to explain it but most of us who work there feel the same way. Now the problem is we're getting down to the point where some of us may be let go. Several months ago I would have gladly left this job. Now, I really don't want to lose it. I know once the final step of the merge takes place in June I would really enjoy my job. I think a part of me wants to ask for prayer that I don't lose my job....but then above that I really want God's best in my life and realize that may require closing this door so He can lead me through another one. I know even if the company keeps me it's going to require moving me to another town. I would like to be able to not panic and take things into my own hands. I want to trust God in this and have wisdom in how I am to deal with it.
Sorry for being so wordy...I do appreciate your prayers.

Sorry, but I am just overwhelmed right now....
we found out today that the school board is cutting 5 days out of our school year, this is a loss of pay for us.... however, the school board also voted a 5.1% increase for the admin -- lots of unhappy people around here. Since there was talk of cutting 20 days, PTL it was only 5 ...
talk is at least 6 jobs will be cut, which means more than likely I will get bumped..... another job soon would be helpful.
rebellious dd is causing much trouble...
twins are stressed with end of the year projects
and youngest ds just stepped on a rusty nail, blood all over the carpet -- at least he's had his shots...
The Lord is good, and at the end of the trials, I will be more beautiful inside & out.... right??

Praying each time I read.
I have three requests. 1) there's a scary project that I MUST get busy on. I'm procrastinating because I hate doing it and it's gotten behind and therefore bigger and scarier than usual. Please pray that I'll quit procratinating and start chipping away at it. 2) The cold that has been threatening me for several weeks now is trying to establish itself in my chest. As usual, I don't have time to be sick (geez, I wish I did!) Please pray for me to be able to beat this thing. 3) With the schedule change from going-to-school-busy to being-at-home-busy I am more tempted to eat when I shouldn't. Please pray that I will have the self-control I need and keep my mind on my business and not snack too much.
