WWJD is exactly how we should live our lives. I think it'd make a great inscription. I just don't think it's appropiate it use it to make a buck.
I'm not presuming anything, just reading the Bible. Christ makes his feelings on exploitative consumerism, greed and selfishness pretty clear. You can't really think He'd be OK with the hyper-materialistic society America has become?

I'm not saying Jesus loves consumerism. I just highly doubt He is busy hating malls, WWJD bracelets, and crosses.
The problem is that most of us hate something, see the excess in it, and start declaring a word from the Lord. I see the same word of the Lord's coming down about drinking, women's clothing, whatever.
I'd be very happy to see any scriptures you have--not on greed or Jesus breaking up the temple sellers (which was about people cheating in the name of God)--but on Jesus hating the mall (the Marketplace He often frequented) and t-shirts, jewelry and large concerts.
I bothers me when we decide what God hates based on what bothers us.
